By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Aesthetic Sign website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

These terms apply to all customers, including businesses and individuals, and to every product and service we provide.

All prices and quotes displayed at checkout are estimates based on the specifications you provide, and remain subject to final review. Where a product is listed as "Contact for quote," pricing is confirmed before production begins.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where product details, artwork, or pricing appear to be in error.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any artwork, text, logos, or files you supply. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights to use and reproduce it.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, layout, dimensions, color, or resolution. Please review the on-screen artwork verification carefully before confirming your order — once production begins, files are printed as approved.

Colors shown on screen may vary from the final printed product due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. All amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout, and any applicable taxes and delivery fees are added to your order total.

Estimated tax shown at checkout is an approximation; the final tax applied may differ based on your delivery location and applicable law.

Production times are estimates and begin only after your order and artwork are confirmed. Turnaround does not include delivery transit time. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete information, artwork revisions, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You may choose delivery or in-store pickup at checkout. For delivery orders, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered or collected.

If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is defective or does not match your approved order.

If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it, and include photos and your order reference so we can investigate and make it right.

All content on this website — including designs, templates, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Aesthetic Sign and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without permission.

Any artwork you supply remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce and fulfill your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Sign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
